New button in Jade and black!

I'm not back in my studio yet, I'm still recovering from flu, but I have been productive at home with designs for transfers, info leaflets, business cards and I just ordered some devine silks, linens and wool!

When I get back into my studio next week I have a lot of buttons to glaze!

Summer...

So we had a few days of summer but now its raining again. So I'm devoting some time to my blog...yep lets see what I can do, I have some images....

Yes! after a few errors on here, I've finally done it! this is one of my buttons featured in 'The essential guide' for Pulse This is the 'Trends' page it says:

'As a look, this remains a perrenial favourite which grows more interesting every year and makes a wonderful contrast to the more sophisticated end of the design spectrum, from Art-deco style jewellery and individually handmade buttons to nostalgic packaging and old-fashioned pantry style kitchen ware.'

I am currently not full time in my studio but am working on new designs researching suppliers and solutions! I have a long list that I am working through. I have also nearly completed some large orders to ship out in sept.

button frenzy

My studio looks like many little button granades have gone off as there are little piles of buttons all over in various states of complition. Yes I've been busy, completing orders and creating new designs. I want to update this on a more regular basis however I'm still finding my way around this and time as an issue!

Busy, Busy, Busy!

Ok I have finally started this blog but it will probably neglected for a while as I'm really busy preparing for Pulse in London! I need to have some time to figure out this blog and tailor it for me. I have lots of new things which is very exciting so I can't wait to get started on here!
